Estelle works for Palm Cove Society as an Assistant Operations Manager, providing support to clients across five districts in the National Referral Mechanism. She is our lead for NRM support and reconsiderations, liaising directly with the Home Office (SCA), advocating for clients who require additional assistance from the NRM, and challenging difficult decisions.
Carrie spent five years counseling at a charity for those affected by sexual violence, dealing with a lot of trauma, mental health issues, self-harming/suicidal ideation, domestic abuse issues, and exploitation. They had prior experience working in areas related to challenging behaviors and mental health in previous roles. They have been with PCS for nearly five years, starting in a RAW position to support clients. Over time, they progressed to Assistant Manager, then Manager, and now they hold the Safeguarding and Wellbeing Manager role.

Jordan has over 20 years’ experience of safeguarding having worked across 3 different police areas as a Detective Sergeant including Manchester, London and West Yorkshire specialising on investigations involving child abuse, adults at risk, sexual violence, indecent images and online safeguarding investigations.
During his career he has specialised in cases where others have been accused or exploited following accusations of witchcraft or spiritual possessions which then allowed him to lead on the first criminal court case in the UK where this abuse was finally recognised in 2018. He has developed and delivered this CPD accredited training to bring awareness across the UK to statutory agencies and NGOs on abuse linked to accusations of witchcraft and spiritual possession, which is creating confidence for front line workers to challenge harmful practises related to this form of abuse.
